Having drawn with Portugal and beaten England as they made it to the last eight of their first-ever major competition, Iceland shocked many with their deserved progression. Off the field, though, it was their fans who impressed with their hypnotic and exhilirating ‘Viking’ thunderclap. The players and supporters came together in an incredible scene after their win over England and performed the impressive routine but that was nothing compared to the heroes’ welcome that they received back in Reykjavik afterh their elimination at the hands of France on Sunday....

All three judges scored the contest in Usman’s favor on the night. Masvidal, however, was quick to claim that the result would have been different if he was provided with a full training camp. ‘Gamebred’ had stepped against Usman on six days’ notice after Gilbert Burns, who was originally scheduled to fight Usman at UFC 251, tested positive for the coronavirus....

Enfield Town’s record attendance had already been broken during the tournament and was shattered once again on Saturday and there was a raucous atmosphere created by passionate supporters of both sides. Before the game, the two sides were inseparable on the betting markets and the match turned out to be predictably tight. McIlroy trailed the American by four shots heading into the final round, but could only manage a four-under 67 on the last day as Johnson claimed his 20th PGA Tour crown by finishing five strokes clear on 21 under. And two young McIlroy fans, Eduardo and Hector, were reduced to tears by that second-place finish as the world number six stopped to sign autographs at the end of play in Mexico City....

He couldn’t finish him and lost the fight, but a late flurry from Nate Diaz was enough for his fans, who were present in large numbers. The fight was preceded by a legendary moment in the pre-fight press conference when the Stockton native lit up a joint in typical Nate Diaz fashion. That prompted huge cheers from the crowd who hadn’t seen anything like it ever before. However, Diaz, who is notoriously famous for his marijuana consumption, uploaded a video to his YouTube channel, which showed that he was high during the weigh-ins as well....

The Mallorcan is the most successful player in the tournament’s history with 12 titles. The only tournament he’s won more often is the French Open, where he has claimed 13 crowns. While speaking to the ATP, the Spaniard explained that he places plenty of importance even on non-Grand Slam events. “David Ferrer was a very difficult player for everyone” - Rafael Nadal During the video, the 21-time Major champion explained why playing in Barcelona is extra special for him....

In the video, the 35-year-old extended his sympathy towards Alvarez while wishing the commentator a healthy recovery. The Spanish commentator himself posted Nadal’s heartfelt message on his social media. The 21-time Major winner then urged Alvarez not to lose hope in his battle against cancer, before ending the message by claiming he was looking forward to seeing him in Mexico in a few days. Alvarez, who also did play-by-play commentary for ESPN during the Australian Open final, wrote in the caption of his tweet that the Spaniard’s message had moved him greatly....

Wednesday night was one of those moments. In the Penguins’ 5-3 win over the Canadiens, Crosby tapped the puck to himself in mid-air before knocking it past Carey Price on the backhand. Crosby’s 24th goal of the season was one of the wildest we’ve seen from Pittsburgh’s captain. The Cole Harbour, N.S., native later picked up an assist in that game, his 55th of the season, and the 700th of his career....

Perera, who built the partnerships primarily with the bowlers, smashed the New Zealand bowlers all over the park. During his knock of 140 off just 74 balls, Perera hit eight boundaries and 13 huge sixes. But, his knock went in vain as the hosts won the game by 21 runs. Coming to the game, batting first, New Zealand lost two of their main batsmen, Martin Guptill (13) and Kane Williamson (1) within no time....

The Indians started off the bowling with Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami and it didn’t take Virat Kohli so long to introduce spin into the attack as he brought on Ravindra Jadeja in just the fifth over of the day. That move almost proved to be a master-stroke as Jadeja forced Marcus Harris to take him on off the very first ball and the southpaw danced down the track and hit the ball in the air towards mid-on....

The Warriors have caught on and rolled out a pretty fantastic video featuring a solid cast -- everyone from Steph Curry to the Oracle's in-house chefs had a moment. As he's wont to do, Craig Sager stole the show, but not with his suit. Instead, it was this butt-shaking shimmy that is an early contender for favorite GIF of the year (courtesy @cjzero).

The 41-year-old released a video last week showing himself dispatching what he captioned as “crisp iron shots”, sparking speculation over the timescale of his next potential return. Woods has been adamant he is taking things slow after a previous bid to revive his career ended in February at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic. The 14-time major champion did shoot a second-round 65 last year at the Hero World Challenge, but he ultimately finished 15th out of 18 golfers that week....

The challenge involves making a leap off of one of the highest points in Dalaran and landing precisely in the open well that leads down to the Dalaran Underbelly. It’s a very small landing point and being just a little bit off target will lead to the player going splat on the streets of Dalaran. The player who posted one of the first videos claims that it took them less than 15 tries to stick the landing before getting it just right....

It was a decision that absolutely crushed Gavin, this young Panthers fan. His dad breaks the bad news and he breaks down in the car. His sister is decidedly more optimistic about the Panthers outlook. Smith tweeted that he found Gavin's dad and is looking forward to meeting the family when he returns to Charlotte.

Now seems as good a time as ever to give Ubisoft’s latest Watch Dogs title a spin, as a planned content roadmap through summer 2021 was also unveiled today. Included in this upcoming content is a crossover between Watch Dogs Legion and Assassin’s Creed via a World Event available to all players in August. However, there will also be content exclusively available to Season Pass holders, including four new playable heroes, a story expansion, and more....

According to Elite: Dangerous developers, there will be varying classes and sizes of SRVs, and depending on the gravity of a given environment, the vehicles will maneuver differently. Additionally, the game designers have implemented air-thrusters onto the SRVs for limited aerial mobility when launching off of surface ridges, hills, or banks. In order to utilize the vehicle, players will have to sacrifice an Internal Compartment—that is, the title’s version of equipment stashes reserved for specific types of gear—and set aside both an SRV and the compartment to hold it....
