Kern County Sheriff Donny Youngblood confirmed that the suspected shooter is among the dead, as well as his two sons and their mother, during a press conference Monday. Youngblood said that authorities weren’t sure of the nature of the relationship between the alleged shooter and the mother of his children, but the suspect was issued a restraining order in June prohibiting him from owning firearms.
