Watch Bruins Charlie Mcavoy Levels Blue Jackets Josh Anderson With Illegal Check

Anderson was checked into the boards by McAvoy at 19:40 in the second period. Anderson was assisted by trainers on the ice before being helped up.  

Officials reviewed the hit for several minutes before giving McAvoy a two-minute minor for an illegal check on the hit.  

The Blue Jackets open the third period on the power play.
