The France international netted a sensational solo goal in the 57th minute of West Ham’s 1-1 draw with Middlesbrough on Saturday, with his equalizer snapping the Hammers’ four-game losing streak in the Premier League.
It was the first goal of the Premier League campaign for Payet, who collected a switch on the left flank before slaloming through five defenders, eventually making his way across the goalmouth to slot past Victor Valdes.
